To register: All bidders must have a cashier’s check in the amount of $2500.00 made payable to themselves to be endorsed to the Auction Company as part of their earnest money should they become the successful buyer.
10% Buyer Premium added to high bid.
Deposit of 10% of the high bid or $2500.00, whichever is higher, as earnest money due upon close of the Auction.
Closing on or before October 21, 2008.
