To register: All bidders must have a cashier’s check in the amount of $2500.00 made payable to themselves to be endorsed to the Auction Company as part of their earnest money should they become the successful buyer.
10% Buyer Premium added to high bid.
Deposit of 10% of the high bid as earnest money due upon close of the Auction.
Closing on or before October 21, 2008.
The successful buyer of individual tracts will be required to deposit $500.00 per tract purchased for survey fees upon the close of the Auction.
